girl_taking_medicineA Practice Nurse can perform diabetic, asthma and blood pressure checks, and also complete annual reviews to help patients manage their ongoing illness. 

Other services include

  • childhood immunisations
  • travel vaccinations
  • advice on contraception
  • many other medical problems  

Please ask at reception for more details. 

Pharmacist Advisor 

Available Monday, Tuesday,and Thursday to see new patients on prescribed medication, patients due a medication review & patients who suffer with cardiovascular problems such as   hypertension, chronic heart disease & stroke patients.

Home Visits

If a home visit is required, please make your request between 8.30am and 11.00am. Details will be then given to the duty doctor, who will then contact you by telephone.

Please do not request a home visit unless you or the patient are too ill to come to the practice. Remember, a doctor can see five patients at the surgery in the time it takes to attend one home visit. Please use the service responsibly.

In the event of a life threatening emergency, such as severe chest pain, extreme shortness of breath or collapse dial 999 to call an ambulance immediately.

The practice will be closed on 22nd,25th,29th April and 2nd May.
